This hotel is the perfect place to stay in this area. the owners and staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel like family. Secondly, the room is clean and comfortable with all basic amenities and A/C. Thirdly, the hotel is conveniently located near the center and train station. Lastly, the breakfast is delicious and great value for money. Based on the reviews, I have to highlight the fantastic restaurant with a rich choice and the sincere and friendly Italian staff members who go above and beyond to assist you.

The breakfast was decent and there were a few snacks complimentary in the room. the location was pretty ideal with a good view from the window. the hotel provided convenient transportation to the nearby area.

The rooms were not clean, with hairs in the sink and dirt all over the floor. the outlets didn't work properly.

Gino, the owner, greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel like part of the family. The restaurant served delicious meals at reasonable prices, and we loved the lively ambiance with locals and visitors enjoying themselves. Despite the town not being very walkable, we never felt the need to leave thanks to the amazing restaurant. Our room was quiet, dark, and cool, ensuring a restful sleep. The location was perfect for our visit to Aviano Air Base. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Aviano.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Aviano. the value for money was exceptional. The rates were very reasonable considering the excellent service and attention to detail provided. Furthermore, the staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was also great, being very close to the center of Aviano. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had efficient air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot weather.

We recently had a weekend getaway in this hotel and we had a great experience! Two things we really enjoyed were the breakfast and the pool, which was perfect for relaxing under the sun. The location was also very convenient, close to key attractions and public transportation.

There was one thing that made our stay a bit uncomfortable. The bed we slept in was not very comfortable and we both woke up with some back pain.
